Enforcement Procedure

We will endeavour to respond to your enquiries within a reasonable time (usually a maximum of 6 weeks). If you do not receive an answer or are dissatisfied with the answer in whole or in part, you can contact the Ombudsperson’s Office at the Commissioner for the Interests of People with Disabilities of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia. The ombudsman’s office will examine your case and try to find a solution within the framework of an ombudsman procedure according to BGG NRW § 10d.
